ONE MORE VERY COLD NIGHT IS EXPECTED ACROSS NORTH-CENTRAL AND
NORTHEAST WISCONSIN. LOW TEMPERATURES TONIGHT SHOULD RANGE FROM
AROUND 5 BELOW ZERO ALONG THE LAKE SHORE TO AROUND 20 BELOW ZERO
ACROSS NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN.

GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO SUBSIDE THIS EVENING AND
OVERNIGHT. THE COMBINATION OF FALLING TEMPERATURES...AND DIMINISHING
WINDS WILL PRODUCE WIND CHILL READINGS NEAR 20 BELOW ZERO LATE
TONIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING ACROSS NORTHEAST WISCONSIN.
ACROSS NORTH-CENTRAL WISCONSIN...LIGHT WINDS MAY PRODUCE WIND
CHILLS DOWN TO AROUND 25 BELOW ZERO AT TIMES LATE TONIGHT INTO
EARLY THURSDAY MORNING. WIND CHILLS THIS LOW CAN PRODUCE FROSTBITE
WITHIN 30 MINUTES ON EXPOSED SKIN.

IT WILL REMAIN COLD ON THURSDAY WITH HIGHS FROM 10 TO 15 DEGREES...
OR ABOUT 20 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL FOR THIS TIME OF YEAR. MUCH WARMER
WEATHER RETURNS ON FRIDAY WITH HIGHS IN THE UPPER 20S AND LOWER
