...HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS THIS MORNING...
The combination of 1 to 3 inches of snow since midnight along
with blustery northeast winds were creating hazardous driving
conditions for the morning commute over Central and Northeast
Wisconsin. Visibilities were less than one half mile at times with
moderate snow. The winds were also producing some drifting of the

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 AM CST
* Periods of snow will become mixed with sleet and freezing rain
today before turning back to light snow this evening. Rain is
possible along the lake michigan shore today before turning back
to snow tonight.
* A total snow accumulation of 4 to 6 inches is expected. Freezing
rain or freezing drizzle could result in minor icing as well.
* Hazardous travel is expected through tonight, including this
mornings commute. The combination of snow and blustery northeast
winds will reduce visibilities to less than one half mile at
times this morning. The winds were also producing some drifting
of the snow.
Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow, sleet, or
freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while
driving. The latest Wisconsin road conditions can be obtained by
