WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 AM PDT
THURSDAY.

* SOME AFFECTED LOCATIONS...MOUNT RAINIER NATIONAL PARK...CHINOOK
PASS...AND THE BACK COUNTRY ABOVE 5000 FEET.

* TIMING...PERIODS OF SNOW THROUGH TONIGHT. BRIEF HEAVY
ACCUMULATIONS OF 4 INCHES OR MORE CAN BE EXPECTED AT TIMES IN
HEAVIER SNOW SHOWERS THIS MORNING...AND AGAIN TONIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 9 INCHES THROUGH TONIGHT ABOVE ABOUT 5000
FEET.

* MAIN IMPACT...TRAVEL TO PARADISE RANGER STATION IN MOUNT RAINIER
NATIONAL PARK AND OVER CHINOOK PASS WILL BE DIFFICULT AT TIMES
THROUGH TONIGHT.

* SNOW LEVEL...3500 TO 4000 FEET. ACCUMULATIONS MAINLY ABOVE ABOUT
5000 FEET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES. HIKERS
