COLUMBIA BASIN...MAINLY THE SOUTHEAST KITTITAS VALLEY...THE
YAKIMA VALLEY...AND THE HANFORD DISTRICT.

* TIMING...LOWEST RELATIVE HUMIDITY COMBINED WITH STRONGER WINDS
EXPECTED TO OCCUR BETWEEN 4 PM THROUGH 8 PM FRIDAY AND AGAIN ON
SATURDAY.

* WIND...WEST TO NORTHWEST WIND 10 TO 20 MPH FRIDAY THROUGH
