* WHAT...Heavy snow expected above 3500 feet. Plan on difficult
travel conditions. Above 3500 feet this morning, additional snow
accumulation of 4 to 8 inches. Above 3500 feet tonight and
Tuesday, total snow accumulations of 15 to 22 inches.
* WHERE...Cascades of Snohomish and King Counties above 3500 feet,
including Stevens Pass.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until 10 AM PST this
morning. For the Winter Storm Warning, from 6 PM this evening to
10 PM PST Tuesday.
