* WHAT...Snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches are expected
tonight and Saturday morning. Another one to two feet of snow is
possible Saturday night and Sunday.

* WHERE...Cascades of Snohomish and King Counties and Cascades
of Pierce and Lewis Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, until noon PST
Saturday. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Saturday evening
through Sunday afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Be
prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Plan on difficult
travel conditions. Significant reductions in visibility are
