including the following counties, in North Idaho, Bonner and
Boundary. In Washington, Chelan, Ferry, Okanogan, Pend
Oreille, and Stevens.

* From Wednesday evening through Thursday evening

* Heavy rainfall and melting snow will lead to saturated ground

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
