AND NORTHERN VERMONT...INCLUDING THE CHAMPLAIN VALLEY AND

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW...SLEET...AND FREEZING RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 2 TO 6 INCHES OF HEAVY WET
DENSE SNOW...ALONG WITH A TENTH TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH OF ICE
POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN VERMONT.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY
TUESDAY MORNING.

* TIMING...A WINTRY MIX OF PRECIPITATION WILL DEVELOP AROUND
MIDNIGHT ACROSS SOUTHERN VERMONT AND EXPAND NORTH ACROSS ALL OF
NORTHERN NEW YORK AND VERMONT BY THE TUESDAY MORNING COMMUTE.
PRECIPITATION WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES...DURING THE TUESDAY
MORNING COMMUTE.

* IMPACTS...A HAZARDOUS TUESDAY MORNING COMMUTE IS ANTICIPATED...
ALONG WITH POTENTIAL FOR POWER OUTAGES DUE TO THE COMBINATION OF
HEAVY WET SNOW...ICE...AND GUSTY WINDS.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 5 TO 15 MPH WITH LOCALIZED WIND GUSTS UP TO
35 MPH POSSIBLE ALONG THE WESTERN SLOPES.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS IN THE MID 20S TO LOWER 30S TONIGHT. HIGHS
