* HAZARDS...WIDESPREAD SUB-FREEZING TEMPERATURES.

* TEMPERATURES...LOWS IN THE UPPER 20S TO AROUND 30.

* TIMING...TEMPERATURES ACROSS THE WARNING AREA WILL FALL BELOW
