* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR...MAINLY THIS
AFTERNOON THROUGH EVENING.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION FROM SOUTH TO NORTH
DURING THE MID MORNING THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON HOURS. PERIODS OF
