THROUGH TONIGHT. SNOWFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR ARE
OCCURRING IN THESE BANDS. SNOW WILL WIND DOWN LATE TONIGHT...
WITH LIGHT SNOW LINGERING INTO WEDNESDAY.

* IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LOW VISIBILITY IN BLOWING
SNOW WILL LEAD TO DANGEROUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS.
