WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MODERATE SNOW...UNTIL 1 AM EST WEDNESDAY.

* LOCATIONS...PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST VERMONT
INCLUDING ADDISON...WASHINGTON...CALEDONIA AND ESSEX COUNTIES.

* HAZARD TYPES...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 6 INCHES.

* MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATE...UP TO ONE INCH PER HOUR...MAINLY THROUGH
EARLY THIS EVENING.

* TIMING...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE THROUGH EARLY THIS
EVENING...BEFORE TAPERING OFF TO SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS AFTER
MIDNIGHT.

* IMPACTS...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL CAUSE DIFFICULT TRAVEL WITH
REDUCED VISIBILITIES...ESPECIALLY DURING THE EVENING COMMUTE.
