...Threat of slippery roads again this morning...
Much of southeast West Virginia and southwest Virginia had
temperatures in the mid teens to mid 20s early this morning. Areas
of snow and ice remained on roads and sidewalks. Some roads that
appear clear may be covered by a thin layer of ice.
Plenty of sunshine will push temperatures above freezing by noon.
A lot of snow will melt today, but shady spots may still have
patchy slick spots. Those traveling should use extra caution, and
allow some distance between you and the vehicle in front of you,
especially when braking.
