* AFFECTED AREA...Fire Weather Zone 482 Western Uintah Basin
below 7000 feet and Fire Weather Zone 484 Tavaputs Plateau
below 7000 feet.
* WINDS...Southwest gusts around 25 mph Thursday, becoming
northwest Thursday evening into Friday. Southwest winds will
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...7 to 11 percent Thursday afternoon, 8 to
14 percent Friday and Saturday afternoons. Poor overnight
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will have the potential to
spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. Isolated
thunderstorms are also possible Thursday afternoon.

strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can
contribute to extreme fire behavior.
