OF 40 TO 45 MPH. ISOLATED GUSTS AROUND 50 MPH POSSIBLE. WINDS
WILL DECREASE AFTER 6PM AND THROUGH THE EVENING TO NEAR 10 MPH.

* HUMIDITY...MINIMUM AFTERNOON HUMIDITY RANGING FROM 12 TO 30
PERCENT. HUMIDITY VALUES WILL SLOWLY INCREASE THROUGH THE
EVENING HOURS.
