The Flood Warning continues for
The Neches River Near Evadale.
* from Sunday morning to Tuesday afternoon...or until the warning is
cancelled.
* At 11:00 AM Saturday the stage was 15.2 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
* Forecast...rise above flood stage by tomorrow late morning and
continue to rise to near 17.6 feet by Monday morning.the river will
fall below flood stage by Tuesday morning.
* Impact...At stages near 17.0 feet...Minor flooding expected with
the boat ramps at Evadale possibly becoming inaccessible. Flooding
can be expected in the low-lying areas of the Lakeview community in
Orange County.

The Neches River at Neches River Saltwater Barrier.
* from Sunday evening until further notice...or until the warning is
cancelled.
* At 11:01 AM Saturday the stage was 2.3 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
* Forecast...rise above flood stage by tomorrow evening and continue
to rise to near 6.1 feet by early Wednesday morning.
* Impact...At stages near 5.0 feet...Water is about two feet over
portions of Four Oaks Ranch Road.

The National Weather Service in Lake Charles has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 6 PM CST this evening.

* TIMING...the rest of today.

* WINDS...around 20 mph sustained with gusts to near 30 mph.

* IMPACTS...Loose lawn objects will be blown around. Travel may
become difficult, especially for high profile vehicles, on open
roadways and bridges.
