A large upper level disturbance slowly moving through the region
will bring gusty northwest winds tonight and Wednesday. Sustained
speeds of 20 to 30 knots...with gusts to 40 knots or higher are
expected through 12 pm Wednesday. Sustained speeds will lower
below 20 knots through the afternoon on Wednesday...as the trough
begins to exit east into the plains.

* WINDS...West to southwest winds around 30 mph with gusts 45 to
50 mph.

* VISIBILITY...Blowing dust will reduce the visibility to one mile
or less in some areas.

* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility
and strong winds. Winds may also blow down small tree branches
and loose objects.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Blowing Dust Advisory means that blowing dust will restrict
visibilities. Travelers are urged to use caution.

A Wind Advisory means that winds of at least 30 mph with higher
gusts are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
