ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 6 AM
CST THURSDAY.

* TIMING...DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE THRU 11 AM THIS
MORNING...STRONG NORTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED LATE THIS AFTERNOON
THROUGH EARLY TOMORROW MORNING.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED NORTH WINDS OF 25 TO 35 MPH WITH WIND GUSTS
BETWEEN 35 AND 40 MPH.

* VISIBILITY...1/4 MILE OR LESS AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...REDUCED VISIBILITY WILL MAKE DRIVING HAZARDOUS. STRONG
NORTH WINDS MAY RESULT IN DRIVING DIFFICULTIES ON EAST-WEST
ORIENTED ROADWAYS...ESPECIALLY FOR LIGHTWEIGHT AND HIGH-PROFILE
