* TEMPERATURE...Upper 20s to lower 30s

* IMPACTS...Temperatures at or below freezing can kill sensitive
vegetation. Portable plants may need to be brought indoors to
a warmer location, or consider covering sensitive vegetation
as needed. Small animals should be adequately cared for, or
brought indoors if needed.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

expected. The ice will result in difficult travel conditions,
including during the evening commute on Tuesday. Total ice
accumulations of up to one tenth of an inch are expected. Expect
wind chills to range from 15 to 25 degrees.

* WHERE...Webb, Duval, Jim Wells, Kleberg, Nueces, San Patricio,
Aransas and Refugio Counties.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Advisory, from 5 AM Tuesday to 6 AM
CST Wednesday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 9 AM
Tuesday to 6 AM CST Wednesday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The cold wind chills will cause frostbite
in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.

A Wind Chill Advisory means that cold air and the wind will
combine to create low wind chills. Frost bite and hypothermia can
