NORTHERN HARRIS COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS...

* UNTIL 245 AM CDT

* AT 1048 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 3 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED AS THUNDERSTORMS MOVE
ACROSS THE AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURING AND NUMEROUS
HIGH WATER RESCUES HAVE BEEN CONDUCTED ACROSS MONTGOMERY COUNTY.

JACINTO...TRINITY...WALKER...WALLER AND WASHINGTON.

* THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING

* AREAS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN HAVE TRAINED ACROSS MUCH OF THE
AREA TODAY AND TONIGHT. RAINFALL TOTALS SO FAR TODAY HAVE
AVERAGED FROM 10 TO 16 INCHES ACROSS LOCATIONS ALONG AND NORTH
OF A LINE FROM BRENHAM TO CONROE. HARDEST HIT COUNTIES HAVE BEEN
WASHINGTON... BRAZOS...BURLESON...GRIMES AND MONTGOMERY.

* ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES ARE EXPECTED WITH
ISOLATED AMOUNTS FROM 3 TO 6 INCHES THROUGH EARLY FRIDAY.

* At 52.3 feet...Major lowland flooding begins as homes on Lake Lane West and
Southshore Drive in the Belleau Woods subdivision begin flooding. Roads into
the Treasure Cove subdivision are inundated and homes along Aqua Vista Drive
threatened. Water is in many homes on Lake Point Drive in the Northshore
subdivision.
