* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR A PORTION OF SOUTHEAST TEXAS...INCLUDING
THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...FORT BEND...HARRIS AND MONTGOMERY.

* UNTIL NOON CDT TODAY

* A THUNDERSTORM COMPLEX THAT DEVELOPED OVER NORTHWEST TEXAS
CONTINUES TO PUSH SOUTHEAST TOWARDS THE REGION THIS MORNING...
AND WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN AROUND PARTS
OF THE HOUSTON METRO THAT SAW 8 TO 11 INCHES OF RAINFALL LATE
MONDAY AND EARLY TUESDAY. ANY ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL RAISE THE
POSSIBILITY FOR FLASH FLOODING CONCERNS... PROMPTING THE
ISSUANCE OF A FLASH FLOOD WATCH THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THIS
MORNING.

* AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE WITHIN THE

foot of water is over the road at the intersection of Bellau Wodd
and Riviera and many homes in the Northshore subdivision are
