Strong west to southwest winds between 30 to 40 kts with gusts to
50 kts...will continue this afternoon and into the first part of
this evening. Wind intensity decreases after 03Z to 20 to 30 kts
with gusts to 40 kts. Periods of blowing dust remain possible
between 21Z to 01Z...reducing visibilities to 1 to 4 miles.

...WIND ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 AM MDT SATURDAY...

* TIMING...Winds will stay strong through the afternoon and into
the early evening, briefly diminishing some before increasing
again around midnight.

* WINDS...West winds will have sustained speeds of 25 to 35 mph
with gusts to 50 mph.

* VISIBILITY...Local blowing dust will reduce the visibility to
less than five miles over much of the area with the visibility
less than a half mile across a few locations.

* IMPACTS...The strong winds and low visibility due to blowing
dust will cause dangerous driving conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of at least 30 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

A Blowing Dust Advisory means that blowing dust will restrict
