THE SAN ANTONIO POLICE DEPARTMENT IS SEARCHING FOR AARON JOSEPH
CONCEPCION, HISPANIC, MALE, 2 YEARS OLD, DATE OF BIRTH APRIL, 2ND,
2016, 30 INCHES TALL, 20 POUNDS, BROWN HAIR, BROWN EYES, AND WEARING
WHITE COLORED PAJAMAS.

POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR RICHARD JOSE CONCEPCION, HISPANIC, MALE, 37
YEARS OLD, DATE OF BIRTH FEBRUARY 6TH, 1980, 5 FOOT 9 INCHES TALL,
200 POUNDS, BLACK HAIR, BROWN EYES IN CONNECTION WITH HIS ABDUCTION.

THE SUSPECT IS DRIVING A WHITE, 2016, TOYOTA TUNDRA, WITH A TEXAS,
LICENSE PLATE NUMBER OF G H 5 8 M H.

THE SUSPECT WAS LAST HEARD FROM IN SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS.

LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS BELIEVE THIS CHILD TO BE IN GRAVE OR
IMMEDIATE DANGER.

The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect from noon today to 6 PM CST this
evening. The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.

* Humidity...10 to 15 percent.

* Fuels...Critically dry.

* Impacts...Any fires that develop can spread rapidly. Outdoor
burning is discouraged.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are imminent or already occurring. These conditions can create
rapid wildfire growth.

THIS EVENING...

The National Weather Service in Lubbock has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 6 PM CST
this evening.

* TIMING...11 AM to 6 PM

* WINDS...West at 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph.

* IMPACTS...Motorists, particularly of high profile vehicles and
on north to south oriented roads, will be buffeted by cross
winds. Areas of blowing dust will also reduce visibilities,
especially downwind of open fields and construction zones.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 to 39 mph are
expected. Adjust travel and outdoor activities accordingly.
