* AT 510 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. FROM 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN OVER SATURATED GROUNDS FROM RAINFALL THAT OCCURRED OVER
THE PAST 24 HOURS. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
