THIS IS FOR THE COUNTIES OF NUECES AND KLEBERG.

* COASTAL FLOODING...ACTUAL TIDE LEVELS CONTINUE TO RUN 2 FEET
ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL OR MORE...BUT ARE SLOWLY DECREASING. HIGH
TIDE AT BOB HALL PIER OCCURRED AROUND 630 PM CST FRIDAY...WHILE
HIGH TIDE AT PORT ARANSAS WAS AT 708 PM FRIDAY. TIDES SHOULD
FALL BELOW 2 FEET MSL BY OR SHORTLY AFTER MIDNIGHT.

* TIMING...THROUGH MIDNIGHT CST FOR COASTAL FLOODING AND THROUGH
NOON FOR THE HIGH RIP CURRENT RISK.

* COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...PERSISTENT WATER LEVELS WILL LIKELY
REACH THE DUNES OF COASTAL NUECES AND KLEBERG COUNTIES. MINOR
BEACH FLOODING AND MINOR EROSION WILL CONTINUE TO BE POSSIBLE.
THE ABILITY TO DRIVE ALONG THE BEACHES WILL RANGE FROM LIMITED
TO IMPOSSIBLE. LOWEST AREAS OF NORTH BEACH IN CORPUS CHRISTI AND
ALONG LAGUNA SHORES DRIVE IN FLOUR BLUFF MAY ALSO BE IMPACTED.

* RIP CURRENT IMPACTS...FREQUENT LIFE THREATENING RIP CURRENTS
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING. THE SURF IS DANGEROUS
FOR ALL LEVELS OF SWIMMERS.

A COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY INDICATES THAT ONSHORE WINDS AND TIDES
WILL COMBINE TO GENERATE FLOODING OF LOW AREAS ALONG THE SHORE.

THERE IS A HIGH RISK OF RIP CURRENTS.

RIP CURRENTS ARE POWERFUL CHANNELS OF WATER FLOWING QUICKLY AWAY
FROM SHORE...WHICH OCCUR MOST OFTEN AT LOW SPOTS OR BREAKS IN THE
SANDBAR AND IN THE VICINITY OF STRUCTURES SUCH AS GROINS...
JETTIES AND PIERS. HEED THE ADVICE OF LIFEGUARDS AND THE BEACH
PATROL. PAY ATTENTION TO FLAGS AND POSTED SIGNS.

SWIM NEAR A LIFEGUARD. IF CAUGHT IN A RIP CURRENT REMAIN CALM.
DONT FIGHT THE CURRENT. SWIM IN A DIRECTION FOLLOWING THE
