* A COLD FRONT AND SEVERAL OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES WILL HELP TRIGGER

INCHES OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE...WITH ISOLATED AMOUNTS UP TO 3
INCHES.

* DUE TO THE VERY MOIST CONDITIONS OF THE GROUNDS AND SOILS IN
THE AREA...RAPID FLASH FLOODING OF CREEKS...STREAMS...LOW
