THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS TRANSMITTED AT THE REQUEST OF THE
|HARRIS COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE.

HARRIS COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE HAS ISSUED AN AMBER ALERT FOR
MISSING 18 MONTH OLD...LUKE TOWNER. THE BABY IS A WHITE MALE...
NEAR 2 FEET TALL...WEIGHS 26 POUNDS. HE HAS BROWN HAIR AND BROWN
EYES. DATE OF BIRTH NOVEMBER 6 2011.

THE SUSPECT IN THE ABDUCTION IS...CODY TOWNER...A WHITE MALE...5
FEET 11 INCHES TALL...WEIGHS 140 POUNDS. HE HAS BROWN HAIR AND
BROWN EYES. THE BIOLOGICAL FATHER ASSAULTED THE MOTHER AND TOOK
THE CHILD...MAKING THREATS TO KILL BOTH HIMSELF AND THE CHILD.

THEY WERE LAST SEEN ON MONDAY...MAY 20TH...AT THE CROWN PLAZA
HOTEL ON HIGHWAY 59 IN THE HOUSTON AREA.

THE SUSPECT STOLE A VEHICLE...WHICH IS A 1998 TAN FORD F150 4 DOOR
TRUCK...WITH TEXAS LICENSE PLATE OF...5 7 R D X 7.

ANYONE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING THE CHILD LUKE TOWNER...THE
SUSPECT CODY TOWNER...OR THE STOLEN TRUCK...IS ASKED TO CONTACT
