...Gusty Winds Expected Late This Afternoon and Evening...
A potent low pressure system will lift northward out of Alabama
late this afternoon and evening, causing winds to increase and
become gusty. Wind gusts as high as 30 to 35 mph are expected...
especially before midnight.
Winds this high can blow around unsecured, loose objects, such as
trash bins, lawn furniture and flower pots. Also, motorists,
especially drivers of high profile vehicles, should exercise
caution late this afternoon and evening. The gusty winds could
make for difficult driving conditions.
