...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH
* WHAT...Heavy snow and blowing snow possible. Total snow
accumulations of 3 to 6 inches are possible.
* WHERE...Mellette and Todd Counties.
* WHEN...From Sunday evening through Monday evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on difficult travel conditions,
including during the evening commute on Monday. Winds gusting
as high as 30 mph could cause patchy blowing and drifting
snow. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
