* TIMING...WINDS WILL INCREASE LATE THIS MORNING AND PERSIST
THROUGH THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE THIS
EVENING

* WINDS...SOUTHEASTERLY WINDS OF 20 TO 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND
45 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SUDDEN WIND GUSTS CAN CAUSE DRIVERS TO LOSE
CONTROL... ESPECIALLY IN LIGHTWEIGHT OR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.
STRONG WINDS CAN CAUSE BLOWING DUST...REDUCED VISIBILITY...AND
FLYING DEBRIS.
