* Until 1145 PM AST

* At 935 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated frequent showers with
periods of moderate to heavy rain that will cause flooding in
roadways and urban areas, as well as in poor drained and low lying
areas. River are running high, and any additional rain will result
in rapid river and small stream rises. Please, remain alerts for
flooding even in locations not receiving rain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses
as well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

A Flood Advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or
ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.

El Servicio Nacional de Meteorologia en San Juan ha emitido...

* Una advertencia de inundaciones para los siguientes municipios
de Puerto Rico...Vega Baja...Vega Alta...Dorado y Toa Baja...

* Hasta las 11:45 PM AST

* A las 9:35 PM AST...El radar Doppler indica aguaceros frecuentes
con periodos de lluvias moderadas a fuertes que causaran
inundaciones en carreteras y areas urbanas, asi como inundaciones en
areas de drenaje pobre y areas bajas. Los rios fluyen elevados, y
lluvias adicionales resultaran en crecidas a lo largo de los rios y
riachuelos. Favor de mantenerse alerta a inundaciones aunque no este
lloviendo en su localidad.

MEDIDAS DE PRECAUCION/PREPARATIVOS...

Vira, salva tu vida cuando encuentres carreteras inundadas. La
mayoria de las muertes relacionadas a inundaciones ocurren en
vehiculos.

Escorrentias excesivas producto de las lluvias fuertes causaran
inundaciones de rios y riachuelos, areas urbanas, autopistas,
carreteras y puentes asi como otras areas de drenaje y areas bajas.

Una advertencia de inundaciones significa que los niveles en los
rios y riachuelos estan elevados, o acumulacion de agua en areas
urbanas u otras areas estan ocurriendo o son inminentes.
