DECREASE SOMEWHAT AFTER SUNSET BEFORE INCREASING AGAIN ON
THURSDAY.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES WILL BOTTOM
OUT IN THE 30S TODAY. ON THURSDAY, RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES

* TEMPERATURES...HIGHS WILL MAINLY BE IN THE MID 50S TO AROUND 60
