THIS EVENING...

* HEAT INDEX VALUES...The combination of temperatures in the low
90s and dewpoints in the upper 60s to lower 70s will make it
feel like it is between 100 to 104 degrees.

* TIMING...Noon until 8 PM.

* IMPACTS...The heat and humidity may cause heat stress during
outdoor exertion or extended exposure.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Limit or reschedule strenuous outdoor activities. Find shade and
stay hydrated. Check up on the elderly, sick and those without
air conditioning. Never leave kids or pets unattended...look
before you lock.

AND CLINTON COUNTIES UNTIL 515 PM EDT...

At 441 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms along a
line extending from near Duboistown to near Rebersburg to Pleasant
Gap. Movement was southeast at 35 mph.

A brief downpour and winds in excess of 40 mph are possible.

Locations impacted include...
Williamsport, Milton, Lewisburg, Montoursville, Mifflinburg, Carroll,
Woodward, Winfield, Pleasant Gap, Muncy, Watsontown, Lemont,
Hughesville, Zion, Houserville, Montgomery, Linntown, Centre Hall,
Duboistown and New Columbia.
