* LOCATIONS...HUNTERDON COUNTY...THE LEHIGH VALLEY AND THE FAR
NORTHERN AND WESTERN PHILADELPHIA COUNTIES.

* HAZARD TYPES...HEAVY SNOW.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES.

* TIMING...PRECIPITATION...RAIN OR A RAIN SNOW MIX WILL BEGIN
NEAR DAWN WEDNESDAY. IT WILL QUICKLY CHANGE TO PERIODS OF HEAVY
WET SNOW DURING THE MORNING AND CONTINUE DURING THE AFTERNOON
BEFORE ENDING AS FLURRIES DURING THE LATE EVENING WEDNESDAY.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER TO MID 30S.

* IMPACTS...ANYONE WITH HOLIDAY TRAVEL PLANS WEDNESDAY SHOULD
COMPLETE TRAVEL NO LATER THAN 7 AM WEDNESDAY TO AVOID ANY
SIGNIFICANT WEATHER RELATED DELAYS... OR TRAVEL AFTER THE ROADS
ARE CLEARED ON THURSDAY. HEAVY WET SNOW WILL PROBABLY OBSCURE
SOME ROAD SIGNS. THERE IS A CHANCE THE WET SNOW COULD KNOCK DOWN
A FEW TREE LIMBS AND RESULT IN POWER OUTAGES.

* WINDS...NORTH AROUND 10 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 20 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES DURING SNOW WHICH
WILL ADD TO TRAVELING DIFFICULTIES.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW ARE

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN MOUNT HOLLY HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 9 AM TO 10 PM
EST WEDNESDAY. THE WINTER STORM WATCH IS NO LONGER IN EFFECT.

* LOCATIONS...PHILADELPHIA, THE NEARBY PENNSYLVANIA SUBURBS AND
MERCER COUNTY.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION 2 TO 4 INCHES. HIGHEST
ACCUMULATIONS IN THE MORE HILLIER AND NON PAVED SURFACES OF THE
AREA.

* HAZARD TYPES...WET SNOW.

* TIMING...PRECIPITATION WILL BEGIN AS RAIN NEAR DAWN WEDNESDAY
THEN EVENTUALLY CHANGE TO WET SNOW FROM MID TO LATE MORNING OR
DURING THE AFTERNOON. IT MAY SNOW HEAVY FOR A TIME BEFORE SNOW
ENDS DURING THE EVENING. HEAVIEST SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL BE NON
PAVED SURFACES DUE TO AFTERNOON TEMPERATURES NEAR FREEZING.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER TO MID 30S.

DELAYS...ESPECIALLY WEST AND NORTH OF PHILADELPHIA. WET SNOW
WILL PROBABLY OBSCURE MANY ROAD SIGNS. MORE DIFFICULT TRAVELING
CONDITIONS WILL BE OCCURRING FARTHER TO THE NORTH AND WEST.

* WINDS...NORTH 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...GREATLY REDUCED VISIBILITIES DURING SNOW WHICH
WILL ADD TO TRAVELING DIFFICULTIES.
