* A PORTION OF NORTHWEST OREGON...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING
AREAS...CASCADE FOOTHILLS IN LANE COUNTY...CENTRAL COAST RANGE
OF WESTERN OREGON...CENTRAL OREGON COAST...CENTRAL WILLAMETTE
VALLEY...NORTHERN OREGON CASCADE FOOTHILLS AND SOUTH
WILLAMETTE VALLEY.

* FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* FREEZING LEVELS WILL RISE TO 8000 FEET TONIGHT WHICH WILL ALLOW
SNOWMELT TO BEGIN AT ELEVATIONS ABOVE LOW LEVEL INVERSIONS WHERE
COLDER AIR IS TRAPPED. IN ADDITION...HEAVY RAIN BEGINNING
TUESDAY WILL CAUSE RISES ON RIVERS AND CREEKS DRAINING THE
