FLOOD ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM PST THIS MORNING.



* TIDES...HIGH TIDE WILL OCCUR EARLY THIS MORNING.

* RIVER FLOWS...RIVER LEVELS ARE RISING QUICKLY THIS MORNING.

* IMPACTS...LOW LYING AREAS NEAR BAYS AND SLOUGHS ALONG HIGHWAY
101 AND THE LOWER REACHES OF COASTAL RIVERS MAY EXPERIENCE MINOR
TIDAL OVERFLOW FLOODING THROUGH APPROXIMATELY 8 AM. THIS OFTEN
OCCURS ALONG HIGHWAY 101 NEAR WILLAPA BAY...SEASIDE AND NEHALEM.
FRASER ROAD NEAR TILLAMOOK OFTEN BECOMES COVERED IN WATER AS
WELL.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river is forecast to rise above flood stage around
8 AM Today and is expected to crest at 12.5 ft between noon and 4 PM
this afternoon.
* Impact...Above 12 ft, minor flooding of low lying dairy and pasture
land north and east of Tillamook can be expected, particularly
during high tides.

* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...This river is forecast to rise above flood stage around
9 AM today and is expected to crest at 17.5 ft around 3 to 4 PM
this afternoon. This river will slowly fall tonight...dropping
below flood stage Thursday morning.
* Impact...Above 16 ft, expect minor flooding of low lying farm
land. Some street flooding in the town of Nehalem is possible,
usually during the high tide.

* RIVERS OF CONCERN...WILSON RIVER AND LUCKIAMUTE RIVERS. THESE
COULD REACH FLOOD STAGE LATER TODAY...BUT COULD VERY WELL CREST
BELOW FLOOD STAGE.

* TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS THROUGH TODAY...GENERALLY ANOTHER 1 TO 3
INCHES OF RAIN WILL FALL CROSS THE WILLAPA HILLS AND COAST
RANGE. ALREADY HAVE SEEN 3 TO 6 INCHES IN THOSE AREAS SINCE
EARLY AFTERNOON TUESDAY.

A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS.

YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE ALERT FOR POSSIBLE
FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO FLOODING SHOULD BE
