* THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT.

* THE ONSET OF HEAVY RAIN TONIGHT...COMBINED WITH SOME SNOWMELT IN
THE COAST RANGE AND CASCADES FOOTHILLS...WILL CAUSE RISES ON
RIVERS AND CREEKS DRAINING THE COAST RANGE...AND NORTH OREGON
CASCADE FOOTHILLS.
