WITH GUSTS 50 TO 60 MPH.

* TIMING: FROM 4 AM TO 1 PM SATURDAY. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL
BE BETWEEN 6 AND 11 AM.

* LOCATIONS INCLUDE: LINCOLN CITY...NEWPORT...FLORENCE.

* IMPACTS: THE WINDS MAY BE STRONG ENOUGH TO DAMAGE TREES AND
