* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts 40 to 55 mph. The
strongest gusts can be expected before 3 pm across western and
central Oklahoma.

* TIMING...Now through 6 pm this evening.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that sustained wind speeds of at least
30 mph and gusts 40 to 57 mph are expected.
