* ADDITIONAL RAINFALL TOTALS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES WILL BE COMMON
THROUGH TONIGHT. LOCAL AMOUNTS DURING THE DAY INTO THE EVENING
HOURS COULD REACH 5 OR 6 INCHES.

INCHES HAVE ALREADY FALLEN AND FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS WILL

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING. IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED ACT QUICKLY. DO

The Caney River near Collinsville

* until late Tuesday night, or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 8:30 AM Sunday, the stage was 28.76 feet.

* Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...The Caney River near Collinsville will continue rising
to near 31.3 feet Monday evening. The river will fall below flood
stage Tuesday evening.

* Impact...At 31.0 feet, widespread moderate flooding occurs. Rural
roads near the Caney River become impassable.

The Bird Creek near Sperry.

* At 8:00 AM Sunday, the stage was 23.25 feet.

* Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.

* Forecast...The Bird Creek near Sperry will continue rising to near
25.2 feet Sunday evening. The river is expected to fall below flood
stage late Monday morning.

* Impact...At 26.0 feet, moderate flooding of rural lands occurs from
Skiatook to Turley. Highway 20 east of Skiatook is impassable. Some
minor flooding of streets in east Skiatook may occur.

* At 8:00 AM Sunday, the stage was 20.54 feet.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Bird Creek near Owasso-Mingo will continue rising to
near 22.0 feet Sunday evening. The river is expected to fall below
flood stage late Monday afternoon.

* Impact...At 22.0 feet, extensive flooding of Mohawk Park occurs with
access roads impassable. Mingo Road between 56th Street North and
76th Street North are covered by high water.
