The Flood Warning continues for
The Cimarron River near Dover.

* until late Tuesday night...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 3:30 AM Monday the stage was 21.3 feet.

* Moderate flooding is occurring.

* Flood stage is 17.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Cimarron River is cresting and will begin falling
by mid Monday morning. The Cimarron River will fall below flood
stage Tuesday evening.

* Impact...At 21.0 feet...Suburban estates along U.S. Highway 81
south of Dover may be flooded...or isolated by moving water over
driveways. Rural lands and roads are covered by flood depths
ranging up to about 4 feet through Kingfisher County...and into
western Logan County. Oil wells in lower places are severely
flooded for hours before and after the crest. Sandpit facilities
near Dover are severely damaged.

The Flood Warning continues for
The Cimarron River near Guthrie.

* until Tuesday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled.

* At 3:30 AM Monday the stage was 20.2 feet.

* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Cimarron River will continue rising and crest near
20.3 feet mid Monday morning. The Cimarron River will fall below
flood stage mid Tuesday morning.

* Impact...At 20.0 feet...Rural areas may overflow to depths
averaging about a foot...in Logan and Payne counties. U.S. Highway
77 north of Guthrie is impassable. Low-lying fields and oil wells
may be flooded or isolated for a few hours...by flows in cutoff
channels crossing the flood plain.

The Cottonwood Creek at Guthrie.

* At 10:30 PM Sunday the stage was 21.3 feet.

* Minor flooding is forecast.

* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.

* Forecast...The Cottonwood Creek will rise above flood stage by mid
Monday morning and crest near 24.5 feet by early Monday afternoon.
The Cottonwood Creek will fall below flood stage by Monday
evening.

* Impact...At 25.0 feet...Noble Avenue is closed to auto and small
truck access from east to west...where the hospital is located.
Residential and business areas in town could suffer
life-threatening currents and flood depths approaching 5 feet.
Rural flood plain areas near Guthrie could see similar depths.
