* Flooding of low lying areas will continue with a few roads likely
impassable due to high water. Waters will slowly recede overnight
with no additional rainfall expected.


Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Spring River near Quapaw will continue rising to
near 20.6 feet this afternoon. The river is expected to fall below
flood stage Monday before dawn.
* Impact...At 20.0 feet, minor agricultural flooding occurs.
