Steubenville, Zanesville, Cambridge, Martins Ferry,
St. Clairsville, Caldwell, Woodsfield, Butler, Punxsutawney,
Brookville, Aliquippa, Beaver Falls, Ambridge, Monaca,
Pittsburgh Metro Area, Kittanning, Ford City, Indiana,
Washington, Canonsburg, Waynesburg, Murrysville, Greensburg,
New Kensington, Ligonier, Donegal, Uniontown, Champion, Ohiopyle,

The Flood Watch is now in effect for

* Portions of east central Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West
Virginia, including the following areas, in east central Ohio,
Belmont, Carroll, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Harrison,
Jefferson, Monroe, Muskingum, Noble, and Tuscarawas. In
Pennsylvania, Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette,
Fayette Ridges, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Washington,
Westmoreland, and Westmoreland Ridges. In West Virginia,
Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, and Wetzel.

* Through Sunday evening

* Rainfall of 1 to 1.5 inches is possible today, with additional
rainfall possible through the weekend.

* Ground is very saturated and water levels in local streams
remain high.


A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible
Flood Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
