* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...6 TO 10 INCHES WITH THE HIGHEST
ACCUMULATIONS ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 76.

* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...LIGHT ICING OF 1 TO 2 TENTHS OF AN
INCH...MAINLY SOUTH OF AN AKRON TO YOUNGSTOWN LINE AS SNOW MIXES
WITH FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

* SNOW BEGINNING...SNOW WILL DEVELOP EARLY SUNDAY MORNING.

* PERIOD OF MOST INTENSE PRECIPITATION...THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL
FALL LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH 4 AM MONDAY.

* SNOW ENDING...MONDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL BE IN THE NORTH...WITH
NORTHEAST WINDS INCREASING TO 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 35
MPH LATE SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY MORNING. THIS WILL
CONTRIBUTE TO BLOWING AND DRIFTING OF SNOW.

* IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED DUE TO
HEAVY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES.
