...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 10 AM EST THIS MORNING...
The National Weather Service in Cleveland has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 10 AM EST this morning.
* Winds...Westerly gusts to 50 mph will be possible along and in
the wake of a strong cold front.
* Timing...The strongest winds will reach northwest Ohio by 5 am
and may persist into mid morning.
* Impacts...Loose items such as garbage cans will be blown around
in these gusty winds. Secure your belongings. Driving high
profile vehicles will also become difficult.
A Wind Advisory is issued for sustained winds of 31 to 39 mph or
gusts between 46 and 57 mph. Winds of this magnitude can cause
minor property damage without extra precautions. Motorists should
use caution especially motorists in high profile vehicles.
