* HAZARDS...HEAVY SNOW OVERNIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING. SNOW AND BLOWING
SNOW MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL BECOME HEAVIER AND STEADIER BY MIDNIGHT. THE
HEAVIEST SNOW WILL FALL FROM 1 AM TO 7 AM...WHEN SNOWFALL RATES
COULD REACH 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR. SNOW WILL TAPER OFF MONDAY
AFTERNOON. SNOW WILL LIKELY MIX WITH AND CHANGE TO SLEET AND
FREEZING RAIN MONDAY BETWEEN 7 AM AND 10 AM IN THE NORTHERN TIER
COUNTIES OF EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA. AS THE SNOW TAPERS
