PERSISTENT SNOWS WILL BE CLOSE TO THE LAKESHORE NEAR FAIR
HAVEN FOR THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW. GENERAL SNOWFALL LATE SUNDAY
AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY MORNING FOR THE ENTIRE REGION.

* TIMING...THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT THROUGH
EARLY THIS MORNING. THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT
FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH LATE MONDAY MORNING.

* HAZARDS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW. A GENERAL WIDESPREAD SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...1 TO 3 INCHES THROUGH 6 AM...AN INCH OR LESS
TODAY...2 TO 4 INCHES TONIGHT...AND AN INCH OR LESS MONDAY.

* WINDS...SOUTH 5 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL PRODUCE ACCUMULATIONS OF SNOW ON
AREA ROADWAYS AND POOR VISIBILITIES AT TIMES...RESULTING IN

WEATHER ADVISORY FOR MODERATE SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON
SUNDAY TO NOON MONDAY.

* LOCATIONS...ALL OF CENTRAL NEW YORK AND BRADFORD, SUSQUEHANNA,
AND NORTHERN WAYNE COUNTIES IN NORTHEAST PENNSYLVANIA.

* HAZARD TYPES...MODERATE SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...SNOW ACCUMULATION OF 3 TO 6 INCHES.

* TIMING...LIGHT SNOW MOVES IN SUNDAY AFTERNOON FROM SOUTHWEST TO
NORTHEAST. SNOW WILL CONTINUE MOST OF SUNDAY NIGHT WHEN MOST OF
THE SNOW ACCUMULATION WILL BE. THE SNOW COULD MIX WITH RAIN
LATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY MORNING BEFORE ENDING.

* IMPACTS...THE MODERATE SNOW WILL CREATE SNOW COVERED ROADS.
