The Flood Watch continues for
* Portions of east central New York including the following areas,
Northern Warren, Herkimer and Hamilton counties.
* Through Thursday morning.
* Anomalously warm temperatures will continue to allow for
considerable snow melt in the southern Adirondacks tonight into
Wednesday night. One to three inches of snow melt is expected.
