...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO
4 PM PST MONDAY ABOVE 5000 FEET...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN LAS VEGAS HAS ISSUED A WINTER
WEATHER ADVISORY FOR LINCOLN COUNTY...THE SHEEP RANGE AND THE SPRING
MOUNTAINS ABOVE 5000 FEET FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM
THIS MORNING TO 4 PM PST MONDAY.

* TIMING: LIGHT SNOW WILL START THIS MORNING IN SOME AREAS WITH SNOW
BECOMING MORE WIDESPREAD AND STEADIER THIS EVENING. THE STEADIEST
AND HEAVIEST SNOW IS EXPECTED TONIGHT INTO EARLY MONDAY MORNING.
SNOW SHOULD BECOME LIGHTER AND MORE INTERMITTENT BY MONDAY
AFTERNOON.

* SNOW LEVEL: SNOW LEVELS WILL BE BETWEEN 5500 AND 6000 FEET TODAY
LOWERING TO 5000 TO 5500 FEET TONIGHT AND REMAINING THERE ON
MONDAY.

* TOTAL SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE.

* WINDS: LIGHT TODAY THROUGH MONDAY MORNING BECOMING WEST AT 10 TO
20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH BY MONDAY AFTERNOON.

* IMPACTS: SNOW COVERED ROADS WILL MAKE FOR DIFFICULT TRAVEL
CONDITIONS ESPECIALLY ON HIGHWAY 93 FROM PIOCHE ON NORTH...OVER
PANACA SUMMIT ON HIGHWAY 319 AND ON HIGHWAYS 156...157 AND 158 ON
MOUNT CHARLESTON. VISIBILITY MAY BE SHARPLY REDUCED DURING
PERIODS OF HEAVIER SNOW.
