* TIMING...Winds will increase late this morning and reach their
peak from 2 PM to 7 PM.

* WINDS...West winds will have sustained speeds of 25 to 35 mph
with gusts to 45 mph.

* VISIBILITY...Blowing dust will reduce the visibility to less
than five miles over much of the area with the visibility less
than a half mile across a few locations.

* IMPACTS...The strong winds and low visibility will cause
dangerous driving conditions.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of at least 30 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.

A Blowing Dust Advisory means that blowing dust will restrict
visibilities. Travelers are urged to use caution.

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds

The National Weather Service in El Paso Tx/Santa Teresa has
issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 1 PM this
afternoon to 7 PM MDT this evening.

* TIMING...1 PM to 7PM Friday.

* AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zone 112.Fire weather zone 055.Fire
weather zone 056. Mainly deserts East of the Rio Grande and
South of Interstate 10 in Zone 112.

* WIND...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* HUMIDITY...RH values from 10% to 15%.


* IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are either occurring now, or will shortly. A combination of
strong winds, low relative humidity, and warm temperatures can
