* UNTIL 1130 PM MDT

* AT 928 PM MDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
HEAVY RAIN SOUTH AND EAST OF DUNKEN. EXPECT RAINFALL UP TO 1.25 INCHES
WITH THIS SLOW MOVING STORM. THE RUSSELL GAP AND TRAILS END ROADS
WILL BE IMPACTED BY THE EXPECTED HIGHER WATER LEVELS IN ARROYOS.

* STRONG FLOWS AND HIGH WATER LEVELS ARE EXPECTED IN ARROYOS...SMALL
STREAMS AND OVER LOW WATER CROSSINGS. RAPID RUNOFF CAN ALSO BE
EXPECTED IMMEDIATELY OVER AND DOWNSTREAM FROM WILDFIRE BURN SCARS.
